Classroom Mentor

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate classroom mentor to join our team at Long-term Teachers Ltd. As a cover supervisor, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth running of our schools in Penryn & Falmouth.

Your primary responsibility will be to supervise classes in the absence of the teacher, maintaining a positive and safe learning environment for all students.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement pre-prepared lesson plans, ensuring students stay on task and manage any disruptions.
• Support students with Special Educational Needs (SEN), helping them to overcome barriers to learning.
• Promote the safeguarding and welfare of all students.
