Job Title: Senior Operations Manager
The successful candidate will be responsible for driving operational excellence across the Merseyside and Manchester areas. This role requires a proactive and inspirational leader who can motivate and develop their team to achieve consistency and excellence in service levels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic management of the area's sales and operations, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
- Collaboration with General Managers to drive sales and operational performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing effective solutions.
- Line management and performance management of General Managers, focusing on leadership development and staff coaching.
- Effective management of financial controls, ensuring maximum operational profitability.
- Regular reporting to Head of Operations on sales, operational performance, and areas for improvement.
- Identification and implementation of opportunities for growth, cost savings, and positive change.
- Strong management of environmental and energy issues, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
