We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team at Heathbrook House Care Home as a Care Assistant. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality, person-centred care to our residents, supporting their independence and dignity.
About the RoleAs a Care Assistant, you will work closely with our residents, providing support with daily living activities, assisting with personal care, and maintaining a safe and comfortable environment.
Main Responsibilities:
- Assist residents with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and medication administration
- Support residents with personal care needs, such as toileting and mobility
- Maintain a safe and comfortable environment for residents, adhering to health and safety guidelines
- Communicate effectively with residents, their families, and healthcare professionals
We offer a competitive hourly rate of £11.80 (dependent on experience and qualifications) and a permanent contract with opportunities for flexible working.
