Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop project programmes from first principles, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  2. Maintain live project programmes, updating them regularly to reflect changes and progress.
  3. Collect periodic progress updates from cross-functional teams, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
  4. Prepare reports, including weekly, monthly, and 4-week lookahead reports, as well as S-Curve and Variance reports.
  5. Understand and meet all contract requirements, ensuring compliance and adherence to project specifications.
  6. Utilize project programme in substantiation of Extension of time and acceleration claims using delay analysis techniques.
  7. Attend and schedule meetings as required, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
  8. Aid in the development of junior team members, providing guidance and support as needed.

Requirements:

  1. Degree/Diploma in engineering field (preferably Electrical Engineering).
  2. Planning and project management skills, with experience in programme management tools such as Primavera P6, MS Project, or ASTA Power Project.
  3. Strong attention to detail, analytical, critical, and logical thinking skills.
  4. Ability to focus under pressure, meet deadlines, and work within a fast-paced environment.
  5. Effective communication and report writing skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly MS Excel.
