Perfect Placement is proud to present an exciting opportunity for a Van Sales Executive to join our esteemed client's team in the Bristol area. As a key representative of a Commercial Brand, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional levels of customer service and achieving outstanding sales targets.
About the Role:
This is a fantastic chance to kick-start your career in van sales, with an estimated annual salary of £60,000 plus uncapped commissions, making it possible to earn up to £100,000+ in the first year. The role offers a stable 8:30am-5:00pm Monday to Friday schedule, providing a great work-life balance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain an in-depth knowledge of the vehicles you are selling to provide customers with expert advice.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by conducting vehicle demonstrations, test drives, and ensuring customers receive a 5-star experience.
- Achieve monthly van/LCV sales targets while consistently meeting or exceeding performance expectations.
- Upsell on finance, insurance, and accessories to maximize revenue opportunities.
Requirements and Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you should have a valid UK driving license and a passion for vehicle sales and the motor trade. Previous experience within a Main Dealer Environment is highly desirable but not essential.
