Ebury is a rapidly growing FinTech company that's revolutionizing international trade and financial services. We're seeking an exceptional Full Stack Engineer to join our team in London.

About the Role

We're looking for a skilled developer with experience in building complex web applications using Python/Django & Node.js in the backend with React/VueJS in the frontend. Your expertise will play a crucial role in driving growth for Ebury, collaborating with our engineering team to develop innovative solutions, and owning the products you build.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive Growth: Contribute to the development of cutting-edge technologies and tools that enable seamless international transactions.
  • Collaborate with Team Members: Work closely with engineers, sales teams, data analysts, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality products and services.
  • Owning Products: Take full responsibility for designing, developing, and maintaining Ebury's products, embracing both their development and ongoing maintenance.
  • Developing Complex Web Applications: Utilize your expertise in Python/Django & Node.js, as well as React/VueJS, to build scalable and secure web applications.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Demonstrate excellent communication skills, both written and spoken, to effectively collaborate with colleagues from diverse backgrounds and locations.
Requirements
  1. Experience Building Customer-Facing Technology: Develop a deep understanding of customer needs and preferences through hands-on experience in building technology solutions.
  2. Knowledge of Algorithms and Design Principles: Possess a solid grasp of basic algorithms, object-oriented design principles, and functional design patterns.
  3. Education: Hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  4. AI/ML Experience: Leverage AI/ML techniques to solve complex customer problems and improve overall user experience.
  5. Technical Skills: Excel in programming languages like Python3, Django, PostgreSQL, Redis, Rest APIs, Linux systems, cloud infrastructure, networking, and databases.
  6. SQL Knowledge: Showcase expertise in SQL, Big Query, or similar database management systems.
  7. Strong Communication Skills: Effectively communicate technical ideas and concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

In return for your hard work, we offer an attractive salary range of £80,000 - £120,000 per annum, depending on your level of experience and qualifications.
