Job Title: Care Assistant

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Assistant to join our team at our care home. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing person-centered care to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist residents with personal care activities, such as washing, dressing, and meals
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to residents
  • Participate in general activities within the care home, promoting a sense of community and social interaction
  • Work collaboratively with the care team to ensure the highest quality care is delivered
