Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Children's Support Worker to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in shaping the lives of the children and young people we serve.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide tailored support, guidance, and a caring presence to children and young people facing diverse challenges.
  • Assist with educational activities and homework, tailored to individual needs.
  • Organise and participate in recreational and therapeutic activities that cater to specific requirements.
  • Actively listen to the unique concerns of each child and young person and provide guidance when needed.
  • Collaborate with a dedicated team of professionals to ensure the best care for our residents.
