Join Our Team as a Graduate Area Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious graduate to join our team as a Graduate Area Manager. This is an exceptional opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

About the Role

As a Graduate Area Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Coaching and mentoring franchisees to achieve business growth
  • Working strategically with colleagues to deliver business objectives
  • Developing and implementing recruitment and retention strategies
  • Improving the delivery of the Kumon Method
  • Analyzing instructor and student progress
  • Ensuring continuous learning and development

You will be a key member of our team, working closely with our franchisees and colleagues to drive business growth and success.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Recently graduated with a bachelor's degree, 2:2 or above
  • At least a grade B in GCSE Maths and English
  • A full UK driving license
  • The desire for a career in management
  • Passion for the education sector
  • Able to relocate for the first 6 months of the program
