About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Activities Coordinator to join our team at HC-One. As an Activities Coordinator, you will play a vital role in creating a stimulating and engaging environment for our residents, promoting their physical and emotional well-being.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and implement a range of activities that cater to the diverse interests and needs of our residents, including arts, crafts, music, and exercise programs.
  • Collaborate with the Home Manager to organize fundraising events and activities that promote community engagement and social interaction.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with residents, their families, and external partners to ensure a seamless and supportive experience.
  • Contribute to the creation of a safe and inclusive environment, adhering to safeguarding policies and procedures.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge in activities coordination and care.
