Asset Investment Analyst

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Finance Operations Officer to join our team in Maidstone. As a key member of our Investments team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth processing and preparation of all investment transactions.
Key Responsibilities:- Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and provide exceptional customer service through the prompt and accurate processing and preparation of all investment transactions.
- Monitor incoming investment instructions to ensure trades are routed to the correct 3rd party quickly and efficiently.
- Deal effectively with enquiries and tasks from internal customers, responding promptly and effectively to shared team mailboxes and CRM tasks.
- Perform first-line checks on all investment instructions to ensure compliance.
- Allocate bank receipts accurately and in line with KYC requirements, resolving issues promptly.
- Reconcile control and suspense accounts, resolving issues and liaising with other departments for speedy resolution of queries.
- Prepare tax refund claims to HMRC accurately and ensure correct tracking.
- Calculate and process manual fees accurately.
- Six weeks holiday plus bank holidays.
