At Empower Digital Limited, we are seeking an experienced National Account Development Specialist to join our growing sales team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in developing and maintaining strong relationships with our national accounts, driving sales growth, and achieving business goals.


**Key Responsibilities:**



  • Develop and implement strategic account plans to increase sales and revenue
  • Manage the commercial relationship with clients and maintain and grow relationships with all key accounts
  • Implement sales strategies to meet monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Work closely with suppliers and the management team to sell our full range of cable management systems across various markets
  • Analyze performance metrics to inform decision-making and drive business growth

**Requirements:**


Experience and Skills:



  • 1 year experience working with contractors and large projects
  • Strong market and product knowledge
  • Proactive work style with ability to take initiative in a busy sales environment
  • Ability to project manage opportunities and orders
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Self-motivated and financially driven individual
  • A proven track record of working in a sale-driven environment
