Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and inspirational leader to join our team as a Deputy Nursing Home Manager. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading and motivating a team of care professionals to deliver high-quality care and support to residents.

About the Role

This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a strong passion for adult social care and a proven track record of developing and motivating teams to deliver outstanding care. You will work closely with the Home Manager to ensure the smooth operation of the care home and will be responsible for a range of tasks including:

  • Leading and motivating a team of care professionals
