About the Role

We are seeking a talented Senior Kitchen Professional to join our passionate team at The Falcon in Warmington. As a key member of our kitchen brigade, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional culinary experiences for our guests.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Sous Chefs and Head Chef in maintaining high standards of food quality, presentation, and service.
  • Contribute to the preparation and cooking of dishes, adhering to recipe specifications and health and safety guidelines.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of seasonal produce, menu trends, and competitor offerings.
  • Participate in menu planning, tasting, and development to ensure consistency and excellence.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety protocols.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve seamless service delivery and high guest satisfaction ratings.
  • Actively participate in training and professional development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
