Job Title: Refurbishment Technician Engineer

Job Summary:

The Refurbishment Technician Engineer will play a key role in maintaining and improving the existing upgrade process. This individual will ensure that both quality and efficiency of the processes are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the leading of the refurbishment team and help to develop and train all team members.
  • Manage all activities within the process to drive productivity and maximise profitability.
  • Ensure that all environmental, safety, and security policies are adhered to.
  • Collaborate with the management team to escalate issues and resolve problems.
  • Monitor and maintain quality in all areas, including housekeeping and organisation of resources.
  • Conduct accident investigations and ensure that all colleagues are following SOPs correctly.
  • Address potential hazards and escalate where required.
  • Cooperate with management to ensure that all colleagues are allocated work equally and fairly.

Requirements:

  • Experience in electrical and mechanical repair work.
  • Professional power tools, inspecting, and fault-finding skills.
  • PAT testing certification.
  • Ability to recover and fix products.
  • Ability to provide evidence of common faults in a professional manner.
  • Ability to produce monthly return fault videos clearly explaining product descriptions, return reasons, mechanical and electrical issues, and repair solutions.
  • Experience in using standard office packages, including word and excel.
  • Previous experience of managing a team is an advantage.
