The Sterling Choice is currently seeking a Food Manufacturing Operations Manager to lead our engineering team and drive business growth. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing maintenance schedules, and implementing process improvements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintenance Scheduling: Plan and coordinate daily maintenance activities, minimizing downtime and ensuring efficient resource utilization.
  • Project Management: Lead cross-functional teams in designing, implementing, and commissioning new equipment and processes, resulting in improved productivity and reduced costs.
  • Process Improvement: Analyze production processes, identify areas for improvement, and develop solutions to enhance efficiency, quality, and safety.

Requirements: Proven track record as a senior engineer or in a similar leadership position, preferably in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent communication abilities.

Benefits
  • Competitive Salary: £65,000 - £85,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
