Job Description

The successful candidate will have 5+ years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor within the property market. Key responsibilities include pre and post-contract services, site meetings attendance, tender document production, contract administration, valuations, and cost management.

  1. RICS Accredited Degree in Relevant Construction or Property Discipline
  2. Negotiation and Communication Skills
