Candidates should have a proven track record in managing complex mechanical services projects from start to finish, ensuring successful outcomes and meeting client expectations.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of HVAC systems and mechanical services, including plumbing and related building services. They will also possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of effectively liaising with clients, contractors, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement project strategies, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of mechanical services projects.
  2. Provide expert guidance on HVAC systems, ensuring designs, installations, and modifications comply with regulations and best practices.
  3. Serve as the main point of contact for clients, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring their needs are met throughout the project lifecycle.
  4. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and resource management.
  5. Monitor and control project costs, ensuring financial targets are met and managing any necessary adjustments.
  6. Ensure all project activities comply with relevant health and safety regulations, performing site inspections as required.
  7. Address and resolve any technical or operational issues that arise during project execution.
  8. Regularly update senior management and clients with progress reports, ensuring transparency on KPIs, milestones, and project status.
Requirements:
  1. A minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within mechanical services, with a focus on HVAC systems for commercial and residential projects.
  2. Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and mechanical services, including plumbing and related building services.
  3. Proven ability to manage mechanical services projects from start to finish, ensuring successful outcomes.
  4. Thorough understanding of UK building regulations, industry standards, and health & safety requirements.
  5. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of effectively liaasing with clients, contractors, and internal teams.
  6. A full UK driving licence is required, as regular site visits will be necessary.
Compensation Package:

£73,500 - £76,000 per annum, plus further benefits
