About the Role:

As a Support Team Member with Voyage Care Ltd, you will have the rewarding opportunity to enhance the lives of individuals with autism, acquired brain injury, complex mental health needs, and challenging behaviours. You will play a vital role in helping people to gain more independence in their daily lives and supporting a dynamic team to provide exceptional care.

Main Responsibilities:
1. Enhance the quality of life of the people we support by teaching new life skills, assisting with personal care, and encouraging socialisation and activities.
2. Work closely with the team to develop and implement Positive Behaviour Support plans and reflective practice.
3. Provide a safe and supportive environment that promotes the growth and independence of individuals.

What We Offer:
• Enhanced evening and weekend pay at an additional 50p per hour (Ts & Cs apply)
• Premium overtime rates at an additional £1 per hour (Ts & Cs apply)
