Care and Support Professional

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care and Support Assistant to join our team at McCarthy Stone's Goldwyn House development in Borehamwood, Hertfordshire. As a Relief Care Assistant, you will provide exceptional care and support to our residents, enabling them to live their later life to the fullest.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality individual care to residents, promoting their independence and well-being.
- Provide housekeeping and domestic support across the general estate, including apartment cleans.
- Support and encourage residents to participate in activities that promote their health and wellbeing.
- Assist with booking appointments, arranging transport, and escorting residents on visits as needed.
- Help with shopping and other domestic tasks as required.
We are looking for a warm and friendly individual with a passion for making a difference in the lives of older people. You will have a willingness to learn and develop your skills, with a focus on delivering excellent customer service.
Previous experience in a care or support environment is desirable, but not essential. You will be driven to deliver high-quality care and support, and be committed to working as part of a team in a busy work setting.
