About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Room Leader to join our management team at Grandir UK's Kiddi Caru Day Nursery in Rushden. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing professional leadership to all staff members and maintaining the highest standards of care and education.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of staff to deliver high-quality care and education to children
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure the smooth operation of the nursery
  • Monitor and evaluate the quality of care and education provided to children
  • Collaborate with other members of the management team to achieve the nursery's goals and objectives

Requirements

  • Qualified to Level 3 or above in Early Years or a related field
  • Proven experience in a leadership role in a childcare setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
