About the Role
We are currently seeking a highly skilled Carpenter to join our team. As a Domestic Maintenance Specialist, you will be responsible for carrying out domestic maintenance works on our properties, including reactive repairs and void operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Management of day-to-day jobs allocated by a central team.
- Assisting in reactive repairs and void operations.
- Completing day-to-day repair and maintenance tasks.
- Maintaining a safe and efficient working standard.
- Promoting the client's corporate image and excellent service standard.
Requirements
- A minimum level 2 NVQ or time-served in carpentry.
- Experience in responsive maintenance and voids works.
- Ability to make decisions based on specialist experience and knowledge.
- Compliance with necessary regulations, standards, and legal responsibilities.
