Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Estates Coordinator to join our team. As an Estates Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating the day-to-day activities of our estates team, ensuring the smooth operation of our property portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate the estates team's activities, ensuring timely completion of tasks and projects
- Manage and maintain accurate records of property information, including property details, maintenance schedules, and tenant information
- Develop and implement effective solutions to resolve property-related issues
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination
- Provide exceptional customer service to tenants and stakeholders
Requirements
