Job Summary

Jobbankentrepreneur is seeking a Claimant EL/PL Lawyer to join our team in Blackburn.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on a variety of EL/PL cases and develop their expertise in this area.

Salary: £55,000 - £65,000 per annum

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handling a caseload of EL/PL claims from start to resolution
  • Conducting thorough investigations and providing expert legal advice to clients
  • Preparation and submission of legal documents, including pleadings and witness statements
  • Negotiation of settlements and representation of clients in court, when necessary
  • Collaboration with colleagues to ensure the successful outcome of cases
  • Maintenance of up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws and regulations

Requirements:

  • Qualified or Non-Qualified Lawyer with a minimum of 2 years' experience in Personal Injury Litigation - claimant EL/PL
  • Strong understanding of relevant legislation and case law
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • High attention to detail and strong analytical skills
  • Dedication to delivering exceptional client service
