Laboratory Quality Assurance Specialist

As a Laboratory Quality Assurance Specialist at Stem Recruitment, you will be responsible for executing and overseeing analytical methods in line with GMP regulations and requirements. This includes verification and validation of QC release assays, scheduling analyses in line with manufacturing schedules, and inspection and handling of incoming goods. Additionally, you will be responsible for compliance with laboratory safety, developing laboratory protocols for lab equipment, and general laboratory housekeeping and GMP activities.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate for this role will have a science-related degree and experience in a GMP environment. Laboratory experience is essential, and industry experience is desired. You will be responsible for contributing to the ongoing quality system improvements, working with other functions to resolve quality/process issues, and ensuring adequate control of materials and processes. You will also be responsible for writing and implementing procedures, assisting in risk management processes, and assisting in implementing and maintaining 5S within the Laboratory.
