We are seeking a Specialist Learning Support Assistant to work with multiple Primary Schools in the Crawley and surrounding areas. The ideal candidate will have a CACHE NVQ Level 3 Diploma in Childcare and Education and experience working with children across EYFS – KS2 (YR6).

The successful candidate will be passionate about making a difference to the lives of young people and have a patient and resilient approach to managing behaviour. A DBS on the update service is required, and Teaching Personnel can support with this.

As a Specialist Learning Support Assistant, you will work closely with teachers and SENCOs to provide support to pupils. You will also have the opportunity to work in a school setting, with full-time hours within term time.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This is a temporary position, with the option to make it permanent at a later date.
