Job Title: Healthcare Support Worker

We are seeking dedicated and compassionate individuals to join our team as Healthcare Support Workers. As a Healthcare Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our service users in their own homes.

About the Role:

As a Healthcare Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing person-centred care and support to our service users, including helping them with daily living tasks, personal care, and medication administration. You will also be required to work independently and as part of a team to ensure the delivery of high-quality care and support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide person-centred care and support to service users
  • Assist with daily living tasks, including personal care and medication administration
  • Work independently and as part of a team to ensure the delivery of high-quality care and support
  • Communicate effectively with service users, families, and colleagues
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of care plans
Requirements:
  • Valid UK driving licence (required for day shifts)
  • 3 months previous care experience
  • Personal care
  • Moving and handling
  • Medication administration
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently
