Supporting Children's Behavioural Needs Professional

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Graduate Teaching Assistant to join our team at Philosophy Education. In this challenging yet rewarding role, you will provide one-to-one support to pupils aged 5-11 with identified SEMH, SEN, and ASD needs.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Working one-to-one with pupils in the classroom, during mentoring sessions, and during break times
- Collaborating with the SENCO, senior management team, and outside agencies to develop suitable interventions and approaches
As a Psychology graduate with experience in CAMHS/child mental health services, you will be well-equipped to make a positive impact on the lives of these children. Your passion for supporting children with SEND/SEMH needs is essential in ensuring their educational journey is successful.
