Administrative Support Officer

Position Overview
The Northern Ireland Chamber is seeking an Administrative Support Officer to provide essential administrative support to the NI Chamber Council Sub-Committees and work as part of the Export Documentation team. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role, providing administrative/secretarial support to committees and company meetings.
Job Responsibilities
- Coordinate and schedule meetings for Council Sub Committees, ensuring all logistical arrangements are in place.
- Prepare and distribute agendas, minutes, and related documents in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate records and filing systems for all sub-committee activities.
- Act as the primary point of contact for sub-committee members, addressing any queries or concerns.
- Support the development and implementation of sub-committee initiatives, ensuring that actions are well communicated and tracked.
- Record keeping and electronic file management.
- Recording and maintaining data in CRM systems.
- Purchasing administration where required for commissioned work, hospitality, etc.
- Involvement in projects as required.
Key Skills and Qualifications
- Minimum 2 A Levels or equivalent.
- Minimum of 5 GCSEs or equivalent, at grade C or above, including English and Maths.
- Experience and a high level of proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 Outlook, Word, Excel and Power Point.
Benefits
- Competitive salary £27,000 - £32,540 per annum (Part Time Pro rata 17 hours).
