Deputy Manager Opportunity in Elderly Care

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Nurse to join our team as a Deputy Manager in a care home that provides exceptional care for the elderly.

This is an ideal opportunity for a senior Registered Nurse with management experience to take the next step in their career progression and develop their leadership and business skills.

As Deputy Manager, you will be responsible for planning, directing, and managing the clinical services, ensuring the highest standards of care are maintained. You will work closely with the General Manager to develop and implement strategies to improve the quality of care and services.

We are looking for a confident communicator, effective leader, and skilled clinician who is committed to creating a nurturing environment for our residents and staff. You will be responsible for motivating and inspiring a multi-disciplinary team to deliver excellence in care.

This role offers the opportunity to enhance your professional skills and develop your career further. Many of our Managers have taken advantage of our Leadership and Management programme and have gone on to manage Homes or Hospitals of their own.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, direct, and manage clinical services
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve quality of care and services
  • Work closely with the General Manager to achieve business objectives
  • Motivate and inspire a multi-disciplinary team
  • Ensure the highest standards of care are maintained

Requirements:

  • Senior Registered Nurse with management experience
