Geography Teacher Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated Geography Teacher to join our team at one of our secondary schools in Leeds. As a Geography Teacher, you will have the chance to inspire students to develop a deeper understanding of the Earth's landscapes, environments, and cultures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver engaging geography lessons that cover a range of topics, including physical geography, human geography, and environmental issues.
• Utilize diverse teaching methods and resources to promote active learning, such as fieldwork, maps, data analysis, and multimedia materials.
• Create an inclusive learning environment where students feel encouraged to ask questions, explore different perspectives, and develop their own understanding of geographical concepts.
• Differentiate instruction to meet the diverse needs and abilities of students, providing support and extension activities as needed.
• Assess students' understanding and progress through formative and summative assessments, providing constructive feedback to support their development.
