Production Operative Role

Russell Taylor is seeking a skilled Production Operative to join our team in Bolton. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Follow production protocols to meet customer requirements
  • Measure and gather raw materials for production
  • Learn and operate various production processes, including machinery and equipment
  • Adhere to Health & Safety procedures and maintain a safe working environment
  • Perform quality assurance checks and decant finished goods
  • Monitor stock levels and maintain work areas and equipment
  • Report machine faults and maintain a high standard of housekeeping
Working Hours:

Monday to Friday, 6am to 2pm and 2pm to 10pm, with a rotating shift pattern

Pay and Benefits:

Starting wage: £12.48 per hour, increasing to £15.60 per hour upon completion of training

Requirements:

Previous manufacturing experience, preferably in the chemical or paint industry

Ability to travel to the BL2 area of Bolton for early morning and evening shifts
