Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Conveyancing Specialist to join our team at UK Tb. As a key member of our conveyancing department, you will be responsible for handling sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties, managing transfers of equity, processing remortgages, navigating stamp duty procedures, conducting title checks, preparing search reports, responding to enquiries, overseeing freehold and leasehold sales/purchases, including lease grants, regulating landlord and tenant relationships, managing lease renewals and deeds of surrender, coordinating refinancing activities, overseeing business acquisitions and sales, drafting utilities agreements, and actively participating in business development.

About the Role:
  • This is a challenging role that requires strong technical skills, exceptional organisation, discipline, and the ability to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
  • You will work closely with our team to manage cases from start to finish and provide exceptional service to our clients.
  • We offer a competitive salary of £50,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including 25 days of holiday, private healthcare, and a workplace pension plan.
