Classroom Support Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Teaching Assistant to join our team at a village Primary School in Ashford. This is a full-time role, due to start in January 2025.
About the Role:As a Teaching Assistant, you will assist in the delivery of engaging and innovative teaching within the classroom, on a one-to-one basis and in small groups. You will work closely with the Teacher to develop appropriate resources, schemes of work, and teaching strategies to support individual learning needs.
Requirements:- GCSE Maths and English qualifications
- Experience working in a Primary setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A passion for helping children reach their academic potential
- A calm and fair approach
