About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as an Exams and Data Officer. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the Data Manager with general data management work, as well as overall responsibility for the efficient and accurate administration, organisation, records of achievement and smooth running of public, internal and mock examinations for the school.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Data Manager with data management tasks
  • Oversee the administration of public, internal and mock examinations
  • Ensure accurate and efficient record-keeping
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with students, teachers and external stakeholders
  • Contribute to the development of data-driven strategies to improve student outcomes
Requirements
  • Excellent numeracy, literacy and organisational skills
  • Experience of working with data / in a data driven environment
  • Effective interpersonal skills; ability to communicate effectively in a range of media and with a range of stakeholders
  • Ability to build strong relationships with students, teachers and external stakeholders
  • Fluency in spoken English
