Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Contracts Manager to join our team in Chelmsford. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for leading and managing our mechanical contracts, ensuring timely delivery and exceeding client expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage mechanical contracts from inception to completion
  • Develop and implement effective project management strategies to ensure timely delivery and budget control
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks, and implement corrective actions as needed
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of business growth strategies, identifying opportunities for expansion and improvement
Requirements
  • Proven experience in mechanical contracts management, with a strong track record of delivering projects on time and within budget
  • Excellent leadership and project management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide teams to achieve exceptional results
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously
