Employee Relations Adviser Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Employee Relations Adviser to support our schools and provide high-quality HR advice and guidance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert advice and guidance on employee relations matters to Headteachers, Governors, School Business Managers, staff, and related stakeholders.
  • Work collaboratively with the Schools HR team on a wide range of areas, including employee relations, reward, resourcing, and training development.
  • Develop and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in an ER role providing ER advice.
  • Professional approach and ability to build effective working relationships.
  • Collaborative and positive attitude, with excellent communication skills.
  • Availability to work immediately or at short notice.
  • Right to work in the U.K.
  • Basic DBS.
