Luxury Client Liaison Specialist

**About the Role**
As a Luxury Client Liaison Specialist at Selfridges, you will be an ambassador for our Personal Shopping department, providing exceptional service to high-net-worth clients and driving business growth through innovative strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Nurture relationships with international, high-potential, and high-net-worth clients to generate new business opportunities.
- Identify and capitalize on potential events, both in-store and offsite, to expand our client base.
- Develop and implement plans to drive productivity, sales, and profit across own bought and concession businesses.
- Partner with key stakeholders at store events and commercial opportunities, promoting our products and services.
**Requirements:**
- Demonstrate a strong commercial mindset and ability to stay ahead of competitors.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building long-term relationships.
- Ability to work collaboratively with various departments, including Fashion Workroom, to deliver exceptional service standards.
- Staying up-to-date with the latest trends and competitor activity is essential.
