Business Operations Analyst

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Business Operations Analyst to join our team at ENGINEERINGUK. As a Business Operations Analyst, you will play a critical role in enhancing the effectiveness and efficiency of our business processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct business process analysis to identify inefficiencies and propose improvements.
  • Design solutions to assess feasibility and business impact.
  • Document processes to create comprehensive documentation of business requirements.
  • Develop solutions to collaborate with technical teams.
  • Monitor performance to report on the effectiveness of implemented solutions.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in eliciting and documenting business requirements for solutions in Microsoft PowerPlatform.
  • Demonstrated ability in analysing problems, identifying causes, and developing potential solutions.
  • Experience in collaborating with technical teams and stakeholders to implement effective business solutions.

Skills

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent documentation skills, able to create clear and comprehensive documentation.
  • Strong communication skills, able to work effectively with senior stakeholders.
