Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Conveyancing Assistant to join our team. As a key member of the process, you will provide direct support to our conveyancing team, ensuring a positive experience for our clients.

The Role
  • You will be responsible for dealing with clients and third parties over the telephone and occasionally face-to-face, providing exceptional customer service and communication skills.
  • Opening files and managing post-completion matters, including preparing completion packs.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have 2 years of experience as a Conveyancing Assistant or paralegal and possess excellent communication and organizational skills.
