We are seeking an Apprentice to join our team as an Engineering Administrator at Stansted Airport. This is a business apprenticeship opportunity, which will allow you to gain your qualifications whilst learning on the job.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Rostering Team to maintain the rosters throughout the UK and Poland
  • Liaise with engineering staff and other departments to arrange cover for training and absence
  • Arrange Hotel accommodation and flights for engineering staff on scheduled travel as required
  • Support the administration of the department
  • Administer Temporary Airport ID's, Airport ID and renewal ID's
  • Assist with the Administration process for Airport ID's as necessary such as reference chasing
  • Any other tasks as requested by the UK General Manager and HR Manager
Requirements
  • Computer Literate
  • Fully competent in Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel
  • Excellent communication and organisation skills
  • Ability to work well on own initiative or as part of a team
  • Ability to multi-task and with a high level of attention to detail
Working Arrangements

This is an office based role working Monday - Thursday and Friday
