Theatre Operations Specialist

We are seeking a highly experienced Theatre Operations Specialist to join our team at First Clinical Ltd. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of our theatres, including the management of theatre productivity, staff supervision, and the implementation of theatre policies and procedures.

With over 20 years of experience in NHS Acute Trusts and Private Healthcare organisations, you will have a strong background in change management and the ability to motivate and influence the development of positive relationships to meet targets and goals.

You will have a proven track record of successfully supporting teams to make changes in the way they work to improve theatre utilisation, and have experience of project managing the closure and refurbishment of operating theatres.

As a Prince2 Practitioner qualified Project Manager, you will have the skills and knowledge to lead projects and teams to deliver results and achieve goals.

We are looking for someone who is highly professional, organised, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. If you have a strong clinical background and a passion for theatre operations, we would love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage theatre productivity and staff supervision

Requirements:

  • Over 20 years of experience in NHS Acute Trusts and Private Healthcare organisations
  • Prince2 Practitioner qualified Project Manager
