We're on the hunt for a talented Junior Sous Chef to join our team at Loungers in Oldham

As a Junior Sous Chef, you'll be working closely with our Head Chef and Sous Chef to deliver exceptional food and service to our customers. You'll be responsible for preparing and cooking dishes to the highest standards, ensuring that every meal is a culinary delight.

We're looking for someone who is passionate about cooking, has a keen eye for detail, and is able to work well under pressure. If you're a team player with a can-do attitude, we'd love to hear from you

What We're Looking For
  • Experience as a Junior Sous Chef or equivalent role
  • Strong cooking skills and knowledge of kitchen essentials
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work at pace with limited supervision
  • Strong knowledge of allergens, food safety, and kitchen hygiene practices
