About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to join a growing regional practice based in Guildford, Surrey. The Private Client department is currently thriving, dealing with a varied caseload, often acting for HNW individuals, company owners, entrepreneurs, and individuals based in the UK and abroad.

Key Responsibilities
  • Acting for HNW individuals, company owners, and entrepreneurs in complex wills and estates, tax planning, trusts, LPOA, probate, and more
  • Providing high-quality advice on complex and overseas assets
  • Working closely with a large team of lawyers varying in experience and PQE
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience as a Private Client Solicitor or Legal Executive
  • Experience working at either a smaller local firm or a larger regional practice
  • Good eye for detail and determination to progress through the ranks
