Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and empathetic Patient Coordinator to join our National Team at Everyturn Mental Health. This is a permanent, part-time role contracted at 15 hours per week, requiring you to work on a hybrid basis.

As a Patient Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing all calls and referrals into the service, assisting clients with a range of mental health conditions. You will act as a liaison between patients and the clinical team, ensuring timely and efficient communication. Your goal will be to provide a positive, high-quality, and seamless experience for all patients.

  • Confidence on the phone, with a willingness to provide guidance in a calm and logical manner
  • Resilience and resourcefulness in managing potentially distressing calls
  • Excellent customer service skills and a confident telephone manner
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
  • Computer literacy and a good understanding of Microsoft Office
  • Ability to deliver required performance targets
