Job Title: Logistics Coordinator

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join our team at Manpower UK Ltd. As a Logistics Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our transportation business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create a positive safety culture within the team and increase Safety accountability
• Support site management in achieving compliance obligations including Inventory, financial, health and safety and Transport
• Liaise with Workshops and Customer Service teams to ensure the effective routing of all vehicles at their disposal
• Deal effectively with customer complaints relating to transport activities
• Ensure all loads are reconciled in a timely manner
• Ensure driver feedback is reported and Master data is updated
• Create a mindset within the team that "service matters"
• Deliver excellent customer service in all areas of the cylinder and bulk business

Requirements:

• Ideally experience working within a transportation business
• Knowledge of Driving hours rules and regulations
• Demonstrate a professional attitude when dealing with internal and external customers
• Hands on attitude and the willingness to lead by example and develop and encourage team spirit
• Computer literate with experience using MS Office
• Well organised
• Clear communicator - good written communication
• Strong Safety focus
