Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our Implementation Practice for Alpha Data Services. As the Implementation Lead, you will be responsible for guiding our clients through the Alpha journey, providing thought leadership, and ensuring successful implementation of our F2B ADP/ADS solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Be the face of the ADS organization, providing exceptional client service and support throughout the implementation process.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure seamless collaboration and communication.
  • Lead the implementation of F2B ADP/ADS solutions, including pre-contract due diligence, business requirements, solution design, environment setup, development, testing, and go-live activities.
  • Manage multiple client implementations concurrently, ensuring timely and successful delivery of projects.
  • Partner with State Street Application/Service Owners to provide solutions that meet client requirements and extend the standard set of services.
  • Collaborate with Alpha Service organization to enable ADP/ADS offerings for Alpha F2B Clients.
  • Work closely with internal technical and business teams to resolve data issues, implement solutions, and ensure data quality.
  • Support the defect resolution process, collaborating with the development team to understand root causes and ensure defects are fixed.
  • Act as the ADS Lead for all implementation activities, communicating status and progress to stakeholders.
  • Establish standard operating procedures and ensure adoption, including client-specific requirements.
  • Be the voice of the client, continually assessing and contributing to produce enhancements, software quality, and other improvements.
Requirements
  • 12+ years of experience in data management, product, and market data roles and responsibilities.
  • University degree in computer science, data management, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication, motivational, and influencing skills.
  • Business analysis and project management skills.
  • Extensive experience with Financial Services data domains, including Security Master, Entity Master, Benchmarks, Positions, Transactions, Cash, Performance, Analytics, etc.
  • Proficiency in SQL and knowledge of Data Management, Data Governance, Service Catalogue, Data Lineage tools, Operational Dashboards, Process Monitoring tools.
  • Working knowledge of Azure cloud platforms and Snowflake is a plus.
