Full-time OH Advisor for Efficient Service Delivery

The successful candidate will have the following responsibilities:
1. Provide expert advice and guidance on occupational health matters to clients, ensuring that their workplaces are safe and healthy environments for their employees.
2. Conduct assessments, provide advice, and implement recommendations at client sites around the Cambridge area.
3. Work closely with other members of the OH team to deliver high-quality services to clients.
4. Develop and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
5. Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in occupational health, applying knowledge to improve services and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
6. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement strategies to improve workplace health and safety.
7. Contribute to the development of policies and procedures related to occupational health.
8. Participate in training and development activities to enhance skills and knowledge.
The estimated salary for this position is £55,000 per annum.
