Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for negotiating rentals, managing existing tenancies, and ensuring that all aspects of lettings services are provided to the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Negotiating rentals with landlords and tenants;
  • Managing existing tenancies, including handling rent collections, maintenance issues, and ensuring compliance with relevant legislation;
  • Providing exceptional customer service to both landlords and tenants;
  • Working closely with other team members to achieve sales and lettings targets.
