As a highly motivated and organised individual, you will have the opportunity to support students across the GCSE and A-Level curriculums in Maths and Physics. This role is ideal for graduates with a strong academic background in Maths and/or Physics looking to gain teaching experience.

About the Role

This Secondary Education Support Role requires a high level of knowledge in GCSE and A-Level Maths and Physics, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will be working closely with the Class Teacher to deliver lesson plans, manage behaviour, and provide one-to-one support to students.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver small group and one-to-one support to students across the GCSE and A-Level curriculums
  • Assist the Class Teacher in lesson planning, delivery, and behaviour management
  • Provide support to students of varying abilities
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A 1:1 or 2:1 Degree in Maths, and/or Physics from a leading UK University
  • High attainment in GCSE and A-Level Maths and Physics
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Benefits

This role offers a competitive salary of £90-100 per day, paid on a weekly basis via PAYE. You will also have the opportunity to work in a supportive and dynamic environment, helping to shape the educational journey of our students.

The estimated salary for this role is £22,800 - £25,000 per annum, based on a 5-day working week.
